Been so very busy this past few week, my brother was in sick in almost a week and I’m the one who took care of him. I just learned one thing from my brother’s experience while his in the hospital - we must took care of our health cause we’re responsible for our own health.

We only live once to waste our life with something that’s no good benefit for ourselves. Eat healthy, take care of ourselves, and love yourself.

I just want to go back at Ilocos Sur.

My brother now is ill because of his problem to his upper right lung. He had his operation late afternoon yesterday and I hope he will have his fast recovery cause I can’t stay longer to see my Kuya having a hard time because of the pain he feels. I wish he can be okay as soon as possible.
